Job Summary

The Change Management Lead serves as a key driver of organizational transformation by ensuring that change initiatives are effectively adopted and sustained across the enterprise. This role focuses on the people's side of change-including changes to culture, business processes, systems, job roles, and organizational structure. The Change Management Lead partners with project and business units to design and implement change strategies that support successful project delivery, increase employee adoption, and reduce resistance, while upholding the values of the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Change Management Leadershiр
    • Apply structured change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) to drive adoption of initiatives.
    • Develop tailored strategies to support change adoption and reinforce behaviors aligned with project objectives.
  • Communication and Engagement
    • Design, develop, and deliver impactful communication plans.
    • Ensure timely and clear communication of key messages across all stakeholder levels. 
    • Support and engage with senior leaders and executive sponsors.
  • Change Impact and Readiness
    • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses.
    • Identify key stakeholders, map influence, and plan targeted engagement strategies.
  • Risk and Resistance Management 
    • Identify risks related to change and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Anticipate and address resistance using structured mitigation tactics.
    • Track issues and support resolution across impacted units.
  • Portfolio Management
    • Oversee the change management portfolio across multiple programs and initiatives.
    • Ensure consistency and alignment of change efforts with broader transformation goals.
  • Integration and Monitoring
    • Integrate change management activities into the overall project plans and timelines.
    • Track progress, define and monitor success metrics, and report on adoption and impact.
  • Training and Enablement
    • Contribute to training design, delivery, and deployment strategies.
    • Provide documentation and support materials to facilitate effective learning.
  • Keep abreast of new technology trends that may significantly affect the operations of the Client.
  • Assist in pre-sales, post-sales and product development to win and maintain clients
  • Share knowledge and best practices with Client and Umpisa Team.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience leading organizational change initiatives or providing internal change consultation in complex environments. 
  • Strong understanding of change management processes and how individuals and teams transition through change.
  • Experience managing change for large-scale transformation efforts. 
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and phases of the project lifecycle. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field. 
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) strongly preferred. Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry. 
  • Experience with digital transformation projects or system implementation (e.g., core banking, CRM, ERP).
