About the Role

We are seeking a
Change Manager / Adoption Lead
to drive change and embed data governance practices across business teams as part of the Unified Mapping Project in the Philippines. This project has continued challenges around data ownership, validation, and user trust, requiring strong adoption and change leadership to unlock full value.

As the Adoption Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that the new data governance framework and operating model are effectively adopted, sustained, and embraced by end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of an
    adoption and change management plan
    aligned with the project's goals.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and deliver clear, consistent
    communications
    to promote understanding and buy-in.
  • Design and roll out
    training and capability-building initiatives
    to strengthen data ownership and governance awareness.
  • Measure adoption progress and maintain an
    adoption dashboard
    to track engagement and impact.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to ensure changes are embedded in day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in
    change management, communications, or adoption roles
    , preferably within data or technology transformation.
  • Strong understanding of
    data governance
    and business process adoption.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience creating
    training materials and communication toolkits
    .
  • Passion for driving cultural change and promoting data-driven decision-making.

Other Details:

  • Shift – Must be available in Morning sched (PH Timezone) but should be available to support NZ and Indian timezone.
  • Hybrid Work Setup - 2-3x a week onsite work.
  • Location is in BGC Taguig
  • The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection
  • Employment Arrangement: Project Based ( 6 months initially – Subject for extension and renewal)
