Work from Home, Philippines Intertek Full time ₱180,000 - ₱270,000 per year

Scope/Purpose of the role:

  • By delegation from Caleb Brett Billing Supervisor, to ensure that billing and collection functions are carried out in a safe, legal, and ethical manner.
  • Drive focus on billing operational excellence, by having a "first-time right mindset"
  • Demonstrate strong-results drive to exceed Intertek and customer expectations

Key responsibilities:

Invoicing

  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely invoices to customers.
  • Liaise with various intercompany accountants and ensure that proper monitoring of intercompany transactions and balances is performed
  • Maintain professional and cordial relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Process registration of customers in system by uploading the data and supporting in customer master data portal

Collection

  • Resolution of disputes and processing of credit notes, if applicable

Reporting

  • Provide monthly reconciliation of revenue and work in progress to Finance
  • Report and escalate all key issues to Billing managers
  • Analyse all billing procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • 1-2+ years experience as a Billing/Collection, preferably in a BPO or Shared Services environment
  • Good foundation in accounting and finance
  • Experience providing financial support and analyses to management/CFOs/various Caleb Brett business line leaders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and various accounting systems

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES

  • Fluency in English is required, additional languages will be of advantage
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to work to deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Able to work in a multicultural environment
  • Flexible approach to working hours particularly around reporting deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
