About the role
Velprint Corporation is seeking an experienced Accounting Admin Officer to join our dynamic team in our Quezon City office. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our Accounting department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our financial processes.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and perform month-end close activities
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Provide support to the Accounting team on various administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative support role
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
