JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FACILITY AMBASSADOR

Role Overview

The Facility Ambassador serves as the welcoming face and operational liaison of the hemodialysis center. This role ensures a smooth, compassionate, and compliant experience for patients, visitors, and staff by coordinating front-line operations, supporting administrative functions, and promoting a culture of care and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Patient & Visitor Engagement

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with empathy and professionalism
  • Provide orientation for new patients regarding dialysis procedures and center policies
  • Address patient concerns and escalate issues to appropriate departments

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate appointment schedules and patient flow with nursing and medical staff
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and feedback
  • Assist in documentation required for PhilHealth, PCSO, and other funding agencies

Compliance & Coordination

  • Ensure the dialysis unit adheres to Department of Health (DOH) regulations
  • Support the renewal of licenses, permits, and MOAs related to center operations
  • Liaise with stakeholders, dialysis partners, and regulatory bodies

Education & Advocacy

  • Educate patients and families on dialysis care and center services
  • Promote health literacy and patient empowerment
  • Represent the center in community outreach or health education events

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Nursing, Allied Health, or related medical field
  • Experience in dialysis operations or healthcare administration preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
