  • Order Processing: Facilitates the end-to-end sales order process by receiving new order emails from accounting, generating necessary job orders, and cascading information to the Production Coordinator to ensure timely and proper scheduling.
  • Sales Communication: Serves as the primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries, providing daily updates for production targets.
  • Documentation & Reviews:
  • Documents all standard and non-standard item samples, mockups, and layouts/plans, ensuring accurate records are maintained for each project.
  • Reviews plans and layouts with the sales team and clients for final approval before cascading them to the production team.
  • Creates and maintains a comprehensive file of all approved project documentation.

Internal Cost Monitoring & Quality Control:

  • Internal Cost Monitoring:
  • Monitors internal costs, including labor, materials, and overhead, for each production order.
  • Tracks and reports on cost variances against initial project estimates to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
  • Prepares regular reports on project profitability and cost performance for management review.
  • Quality Control Coordination: Facilitates communication between the sales team and the production quality control team to address any product discrepancies or client feedback.
  • Documents and maintains a database of all reworked items, including reasons for rework, to support analysis and identify trends in product or process issues.

· Assists in generating reports from QNE to provide insights on material usage and production output for record-keeping and cost control purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
