Role Description

The Accounting Officer position focuses on the preparation of financial statements, i.e. Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows Statement, and other financial reports. This position is also responsible for the preparation of tax returns.

Duties and Responsibilities

Records, reconciles, and summarizes transactions of all assigned complex accounts as required in the preparation of LBFC and LBSDC financial statements including statement of income, statement of financial position, statement of changes in shareholders' equity and statement of cash flows, and other financial reports assigned.

  • Consolidates and submits LBFC and LBSDC financial statements and other financial reports.
  • Prepares all tax returns of LBFC and LBSDC.
  • Coordinates and accomplishes assigned tasks related to BIR compliance of LBFC and LBSDC.
  • Reviews payroll of LBFC and LBSDC rank and file and officer employees.
  • Reviews final pay computation of LBFC and LBSDC rank and file and officer employees and prepare related Form 2316.
  • Coordinates with internal and external parties to resolve issues, if any.

Qualifications

  • A holder of a Bachelor's Degree in, Marketing or equivalent
  • With 1-2 yrs of relevant experience in any relevant partnership and/or events role
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid (in-office, WFH, field) set-up at Mandaluyong City
