As a Store Supervisor/Lead Frontliner, your primary responsibility is to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and handling customer complaints. This is accomplished through the effective execution of the Principles of Selling, customer segmentation and delivering exceptional Legendary Customer Service. Your role as the Brand Ambassador is crucial in enhancing the overall customer experience and contributing to the success of the retail operation.

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum Education: College graduate
  • Previous experience in retail, particularly in luxury goods or high-end brands, is recommended
  • Must have the ability to engage with customers, listen actively, and convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Must be committed to providing an exceptional customer experience and building relationships with clients.
  • Previous experience in people management with a focus on team development and performance
  • Willing to work in Makati or Mandaluyong
