Job Summary:

The Luxury Store Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets by providing an elevated shopping experience consistent with the brand's image and values. This role involves building strong relationships with clientele, maintaining product knowledge, and upholding the highest standards of store presentation and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service & Sales

  • Greet and engage clients warmly, ensuring a personalized luxury experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain and expand the client database through clienteling and follow-ups.
  • Assist with special orders, reservations, and after-sales service.

2. Brand Representation

  • Represent the brand professionally, reflecting its prestige and heritage in every client interaction.
  • Maintain impeccable grooming and adhere to the brand's dress code and etiquette standards.
  • Ensure product displays and store ambiance meet luxury retail standards.

3. Product & Market Knowledge

  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand's history, craftsmanship, and product details.
  • Stay updated on new collections, fashion trends, and competitor activities.
  • Share product insights with clients to enhance brand appreciation.

4. Operations

  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments securely.
  • Adhere to store policies, security procedures, and operational standards.

5. Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members and management to achieve common goals.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brand events.
  • Support new team members and share best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, or high-end hospitality.
  • Strong sales and client relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
  • Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Passion for luxury brands and an understanding of premium customer service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php26,000.00 per month
