JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Administrative Staff to oversee and manage daily operations within an industrial subdivision in Meycauayan, Bulacan. The ideal candidate is organized, has good attention to detail, and is comfortable managing both administrative and on-ground responsibilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify repair needs in sidewalks, gutters, gates, warehouses, offices, roofing, and other facilities.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the compound and proper garbage disposal by all tenants.
  • Enforce compliance with compound rules as outlined in lease agreements.
  • Distribute monthly utility bills and conduct water meter readings.
  • Oversee proper move-in and move-out processes for tenants
  • Supervise maintenance personnel and monitor their daily tasks
  • Visit tenants periodically to stay updated on their business activities and concerns
  • Plan and monitor repair schedules; coordinate with service providers as needed
  • Assist in showing available warehouses to prospective to management
  • Report all issues and concerns promptly to management
  • Maintain accurate inventory of company materials (lights, paints, fire extinguisher, insulation, etc..)
  • Ensure materials are stored and organized properly
  • Support other company operations as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably with own motorcycle for internal site mobility
  • Experience in property or facility management is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to work onsite six days a week
  • Can work independently and handle multiple responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
