About the role

Styrotech Corporation, a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic products, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. As a Procurement Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement of raw materials and other supplies essential to our manufacturing operations. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Researching and evaluating suppliers to identify the best sources for raw materials and other suppliers
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock
  • Analysing procurement data and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures
  • Providing support to other members of the procurement team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
