Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gaming equipment and systems; ensuring the gaming area is clean, safe and well-organized.

Monitoring the daily operations as to provide efficiency in daily sales report and compliance with the company policies.

Plan and execute the gaming events, tournaments and promotional activities with complete details and implementing the rules and regulations of the game.

Ensure adherence to all gaming regulations in line with PAGCOR and company policies.

Monitor gaming activities to prevent fraud and cheating; report any security or compliance issues to management.

Manage inventory of gaming equipment, accessories and supplies.

Conduct regular inventory audits and manage office supply stock levels.

Coordinate repairs and replacement of damaged machine and the branch for any admin repairs. Prepare documented reports with accuracy of investigation and findings.

Maintain accurate records of daily report sales, gaming activities, incidents and customer interactions.
