About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at WRN Health Incorporated'. In this full-time role based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial accounting and reporting support to our organisation. Your expertise in Financial Accounting & Reporting will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely financial records and statements.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Generating financial reports and statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Assisting with the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Providing support for financial audits and compliance activities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and analysis
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial operations
  • Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
