Qualifications:

  • Graduate of 4 year Bachelor's Course
  • Preferably Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or alike.
  • Atleast 1 year Experience is a must.

Job Summary:

  • Responsible in reporting, processing and encoding of government mandated contributions.

  • Responsible in assisting employees in processing SSS and HDMF loans.

  • Responsible in understanding and implementation of manpower benefits, incentives and welfare programs.

  • Responsible in updating the 201 files of all employees.

  • Responsible in monitoring and controlling office supplies' inventory and releasing to approved request

  • Responsible in controlling HR generated forms i.e., Vehicle Request, OB and alike.

  • Responsible for generating and processing the Payroll .

  • Conducts initial interview and psychological testing and interpretation

  • Handing out the list of requirements to the successful applicants

-Responsible in maintaining cleanliness in respective area of responsibility.

  • Performs other tasks as may be required by the immediate superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php11, Php13,000.00 per month
