· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

· With professional license and can lead a project team

· 5 years experience of work experience in construction with specialization in Architectural Works in Vertical Projects.

· Proficiency in in MS Office and CAD

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

· Overall management for all architectural phases of the project including coordination with installers, subcontractors, materials and equipment vis-à-vis approved specifications .

· Supervision of the site implementation of all finishing works and ensures strict implementation of all technical plans within quality and specification.

· Preparation and submission project status reports and accomplishments for the Project Manager.

· Coordination of proper implementation of all technical plans and interprets specifications prior to construction including evaluation and improvement of designs .

· Ability to coach and mentor project staff for continuous improvements on work operations.
