Job OverviewResponsible for the definition, development and implementation of a technical architecture for the cluster's technical solutions. Ensure that all developments are delivered through effective projects and are supported by appropriate project plans and other related project documentation.Duties and responsibilities

Assure design objectives of the project based on the business development study/project plan and adhere to building codes.Create a design outline and coordinate with management and or with business development to ensure it aligns with the study/project plan.Communicating the design outline to the team, preparing project deliverables, setting timelines and delegating tasks

Conducting creative sessions with the team to define design goals and objectives, design elements, user experience and branding

Overseeing the project from start to finish, monitoring progress and ensuring its timely completion within the specified budget

Endorse through presentations of Sign-off plans for review and approval of the management

Coordinate with consultants with varying trades to produce design solutions and strategies to achieve target project plan and design objectives.Coordinate and assist with interdepartmental requirements such as permit applications, bid plans, or anything related to preconstruction technical plans and specifications

Other tasks that may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or ManagementTo comply with all the terms and conditions of Primehomes Real Estate Development Inc.'s Code of Conduct.Job RequirementsMust possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture or equivalent.With at least 7 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position

Preferably has a background in handling mid-high rise buildings

Experience in Project Management and/or Construction Management is an advantage.Highly organized, detail and results-oriented

Problem-solver and highly analytical

Can lead a team, self-starter, flexible and time conscious
