Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree from a reputable college or university, preferably major in Business or Marketing.
  • With at 3-5 years prior experience in product management or related roles with a marketing research, product strategy, and project management focus.
  • Has strong business planning skills with an excellent sales track record
  • With good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in tools and software used for market research and product management (e.g., market analysis tools, CRM platforms, analytics software).
  • Can work well with minimal supervision.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:


•       Proven experience in marketing research, including product, consumer, market, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.


•       Demonstrated expertise in managing new product launches, from initial feasibility studies and business case development through launch execution and post-launch performance evaluation.


•       Strong skills in product portfolio management, optimizing product mix, lifecycle management, and prioritization across multiple products.


•       Experience conducting product profitability reviews and management, including pricing strategies, cost analysis, and margin improvement initiatives.


•       Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive product strategy and growth.


•       Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Production, Regulatory, Logistics, and Operations teams, as well as brand principals.


•       Strong communication and presentation skills to convey product strategies and results to stakeholders.
