We are looking for a highly qualified Virtual Intake Coordinator (Independent Contractor) to handle client communication, intake processing, and referral management for one of our U.S.-based partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls via RingCentral and professionally represent the organization.
  • Conduct insurance-related intakes, collect client information, and process referrals accurately.
  • Manage digital forms and signatures using Adobe / SignNow.
  • Maintain detailed records in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Schedule and manage appointments through Calendly.
  • Redirect new and existing clients to appropriate internal contacts or resources

STRICT Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in U.S. insurance intake, healthcare coordination, or case management (required).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (neutral or U.S. accent preferred).
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word/Excel, RingCentral, Adobe / SignNow, and Calendly.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistency in follow-through.
  • Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and reliability in handling client information.
  • Stable internet connection, noise-free workspace, and availability during Pacific Time Zone hours.
  • Customer service or sales background is a plus.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9AM–4PM (Pacific Time)
