Virtual Assistant – Part Time (Morning Shift)

Are you an organised, detail-driven administrator who loves helping others? Do you thrive in a supportive environment where accuracy, communication, and professionalism matter. We're looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide high-quality administrative support.

About the Role

As our Virtual Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your day will involve helping participants, processing important documents, and supporting our team to deliver exceptional service.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Processing of participant invoices to providers
  • Arranging Service Agreement Documents
  • Liaising with participants, carers, providers, and support coordinators
  • Managing emails and correspondence using Outlook
  • Completing accurate data entry and preparing documentation
  • General administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, vocational course, or Senior High School (SHS).
  • Administrative experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn new software programs.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
