AU Mortgage Credit Analyst (Remote) 
Background
  • This isn't your typical back-office gig. We're working with one of our amazing clients to find someone who lives and breathes complex Australian credit. If you love solving tricky mortgage puzzles, supporting brokers, and delivering exceptional service, this one's for you.
About the Role
  • This is a senior-level role that blends credit analysis, customer service, and loan processing expertise. You'll be working remotely from the Philippines with a Monday–Friday, day-shift schedule.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete servicing calculations.
  • Workshop loan scenarios with lender BDMs.
  • Solve MIRs and other credit roadblocks.
  • Handle complex loan applications (SMSFs, trusts, companies).
  • Deliver top-tier customer service to high-net-worth clients.
  • Collect, verify, and process supporting documents.
Requirements About YOU
  • You deeply understand how Australian credit works.
  • You've been doing this 4+ years and still love it.
  • You're known for initiative, logic, and clear thinking.
  • Credit policies don't scare you—they make sense to you.
  • You're a confident communicator and natural problem solver.

  • You've processed loans in the Australian mortgage space.
  • You've dealt with SMSFs, trusts, or complex structures.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day-shift (AEST).
  • Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based).
