Senior Sales Executive - (Brief Overview)
Responsible for achieving sales targets through effective territory coverage, client engagement, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM Deliverables) management. Manages the full sales cycle—from lead generation to account maintenance—while coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and excellent customer experience. Tracks activities and results via CRM, ensuring accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate and pursue new business; promote products/services.

Meet/exceed sales targets monthly and quarterly.

Maintain up-to-date CRM records, including client interactions, quotations, leads, and account info.

Regularly visit clients to build relationships and understand needs.

Monitor market trends and competitors in Lucena.

Coordinate with logistics and sales admin for order fulfillment.

Support marketing activities and in-store events.

Provide sales updates, analyze performance, and participate in reviews and training.
