Lead Our Financial Success and Support Our Community:

Nova Schola Tanauan (NST) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to lead our team, guide our financial operations, and contribute to a positive student and parent experience. A background in education is a plus, as you'll partner seamlessly with our school community.

Your Impact:

• Oversee all aspects of accounting, ensuring accuracy and efficient financial reporting.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Streamline financial processes for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain strict adherence to government regulations and filings.
• Effectively communicate financial information through memos, reports and presentations.
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to students, parents, and staff regarding financial matters.
• Field inquiries and address concerns related to tuition fees, financial aid, and other financial processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial accounting role.
• Proven experience in overseeing all aspects of the accounting cycle.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and government regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field (not required, a plus only).
• Experience working in the education sector (highly valued).
• Experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Ability to effectively communicate financial information to a non-financial audience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php39,000.00 per month
