Request vendor quotations per stakeholder needs. Proficient in SAP procurement transactions.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, process, and follow up on purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and other procurement documents.
  • Track inbound shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Address issues such as blocked invoices, incorrect invoice details, and bank information maintenance.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities adhere to corporate guidelines, manage supplier documentation, and maintain compliance data in systems like SAP.
  • Monitoring of Open Purchase Orders.
  • Resolve GR/IR variances with Finance and the warehouse department.
  • Request quotations from vendors in accordance with stakeholders' requirements.
  • 2+ years of experience on SAP procurement-related transactions in the Manufacturing Industry

Education:

  • Business / Engineering Courses Preferably

Other requirements:

  • Experience in working with SAP systems and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
What your background should look like

Typically requires 4 or more years of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
