Branch Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Manages and supervises the over-all operations of the branch.

2. Implements the business development activities of theBank.

3. Develops sales channels and executes marketing activities to achieve volume

targets both loans and deposits.

1. Prepares and reviews the branch budgets and analyzes variance.

2. Reviews loan application for consistency to bank policies

3. Does or reviews the write-up and analysis of loans recommendation for approval

by the appropriate approving officers.

1. Improves/strengthens customer relationships.

2. Checks the monitoring of loan accounts that shall be due for payment and

ascertains that corresponding notices have been distributed properly.

1. Approves billings and demand letters that must be sent to clients.

2. Participates in meetings and reports accomplishments on a weekly, monthly or

quarterly basis.

1. Approves all reports coming from the branch.

2. Monitors the state of assignedAccount Officers in theBranch regarding targets

and giving proper interventions if needed.

1. Coordinating with the HR department for recruitment and other needs of

employees assigned in the branch that they supervise.

1. Implements and follows the Bank's Code ofEthics, Conduct, and Discipline.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. With atleast 5years ofexperience inbanking, finance, or a related field, witha

minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a branch or banking

environment. Preferably Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business.

1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and guide a teamto

achieve goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

1. Strong understanding of banking products and services, including loans,

deposits, and financial products.

1. Knowledge and experience in managing branch operations, includingsecurity,

cash handling, compliance, and risk management.

1. Ability to promote and sell bank products and services to meet branch

sales targets.

1. Proactive,results-oriented, and committed to driving success forthe

branch and the bank as a whole.

1. With valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
