Mid-Senior
Salesforce Developer
, you'll collaborate with international marketing and technology teams to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce systems that power large-scale advertising and CRM solutions. You'll enhance integrations, ensure code quality, and engineer automation that enables smarter, faster, and more connected marketing operations.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum
  5 years of Salesforce development experience
  .
• Experience with most aspects of
  Salesforce Administration: configuration,
  standard data model, security, quick actions, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approvals, etc.
• Highly proficient with
  Salesforce Dataflow Editor and/or scripting tools like Python, JavaScript, JSON, etc.
• Strong Salesforce query language skills (SOQL, SAQL) and strong ability in SQL

Your Daily Tasks

• Translate business requirements provided by Operations Managers into solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
• Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
• Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform, including Community expansion.
• Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews to ensure design patterns are maintained.
• Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.
• Support and maintain key platform integrations including Celigo, Heroku, etc.
• Provide ongoing internal and external support for live applications.
• Recommend new practices for design, delivery, and release management.
• Serve as the subject matter expert of the Salesforce app development environment (managing organizations, app package versions, etc.).
