As a member of the Salesforce team, you will be responsible for Design, develop and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Aura Lightning components. 

• You will design, develop and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Aura Lightning components. 
• You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs. 
  
• You will perform data migration and data cleansing tasks as needed. 
  
• You will develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs. 
  
• You will participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. 
  
• You will troubleshoot and resolve issues with Salesforce functionality. 

• You should have minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• You should have the ability to build Custom Logic for problem statements.
  
• You should understand concepts of Apex and Advanced Apex (Asynchronous Apex and Restful webservices) and be competent in programming with Apex
  
• You should have knowledge on Salesforce Object Query Language, HTML, CSS, JS with Experience on developing Lightning UI Components
  
• You should have experience working on Multitenant Architecture and Governor Limits, Record sharing concepts like OWD, Sharing rules.
  
• You should be able to perform Data Modelling, Testing and Deployment independently.
  
• You should have experience working with Automation tools like Flows and Process builders and Data Management tools like Data Loader, Reports etc
  
• You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  
• You should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  
• You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Preferred Certifications: Salesforce App Builder, Platform Developer I (PD I), and Platform Developer II (PD II).

• Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
