We are looking for a diligent, hands-on Site Engineer to join our team and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, within scope, on time, and in compliance with design specifications and regulations. The role demands a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.

-Supervise and manage day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring that construction work is carried out according to plan and schedule.

-Coordinate the work of subcontractors, labor, and site staff, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards.

-Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers, highlighting any issues or delays.

-Perform quality checks on materials, workmanship, and installed systems to ensure they meet project specifications.

-Record and report site inspections, tests, and compliance certifications.

-Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials to ensure that they are available when needed.

-Monitor inventory and report on material usage, ensuring cost-effectiveness and preventing wastage.

-Maintain detailed site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and any incident or accident reports.

-Assist in preparing progress reports for senior management.

-Ensure all site documentation is accurate and compliant with project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,300.00 per month
