Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicating with potential customers to explain the company's products and/or services and encourage purchases.
  • Addressing any customer queries and guide them with their purchasing decisions.
  • Diverting customer requests, complaints and/or complex issues to the respective departments as needed.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of sales targets.
  • Preparing and/or present sales reports.
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and/or services.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Department to suggest/develop various promotional activities.
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Performing other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Must have great understanding of the sales processes, terminology, and various sales trends.
  • Must be able to demonstrate exceptional analytical skills and ability to create actionable reports from data.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have great organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work on or before the deadline.
  • Must have great attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to edit and proofread.
  • Must be able to respond quickly and accurately to requests for data.
  • Must possess excellent time management, organizational, follow-through and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be proficient with the use of MS Office (i.e., MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides).
  • Having experience working in the funeral/deathcare industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
