As a Warehouse Administrator, you will support the day-to-day warehouse operations by providing administrative support to the warehouse team. The role involves data entry, managing customer communications, tracking container arrivals, and coordinating with unpacking teams to ensure smooth unloading. Attention to detail, strong communication, and organisational skills are key to success in this role.

What you'll be working on:
- Manage and respond to email notifications from customers regarding upcoming shipments and unpacking lists.
- Perform accurate data entry for receipt details on the Warehouse Management System ● Perform accurate data entry for order details in the online portal.
- Execute data encoding and manage receipt files that require manual intervention. ● Assist customers in the placement of orders on the system.
- Track and coordinate container arrivals, maintain detailed container schedules, and liaise with unpacking crews to ensure smooth and efficient unloading processes.
- Ensure accurate preparation and distribution of inventory documentation, including item descriptions, locations, and quantities.
- Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding delivery schedules, order status, and any required updates.
- Generate daily and weekly reports related to orders and warehouse activity that will be submitted to customers.
What we're looking for:
- Open to fresh graduates with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Logistics, Warehouse or Operations Management background/ understanding is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document handling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident working with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Shows a strong sense of urgency and can complete assigned tasks on time.
- Clear and professional communicator, both in writing and verbally; able to handle emails and team interactions with non-Filipinos confidently.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment; open to taking on new responsibilities.
- Demonstrates a proactive mindset, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Self-driven, confident, and quick to pick up new systems, tools, and processes.
