Responsible for overseeing, supporting, and managing the performance of cabin crew to ensure safety, service excellence, and compliance with aviation regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Inflight Services Department Manager in developing long-range goals and objectives following Sunlight Air's Vision and Mission; ensure the realization of committed goals and objectives.
  • Ensures Cabin Crew adherence to the Company and Inflight Services policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensures adherence to Quality and Service standards in compliance with Sunlight Air Quality Management System and with the applicable regulatory, statutory, and company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures the highest reasonable level of safety performance is achieved via active participation in compliance with all applicable safety and security laws, regulations, and standards, including Sunlight Air policies and procedures, and by reporting all accidents, incidents, and/or hazards.
  • Ensures compliance with safety regulations and various certification/safety audits with
    CAAP and other regulatory organizations.
  • Conducts initial and final selection of Cabin Crew applicants, when applicable.
  • Prepares a Letter of Inquiry. Coordinate with HRD regarding disciplinary actions of the erring Cabin Crews and Inflight Services personnel. Ensure documents and correspondences are turned over to HRD (original) and Inflight Services (copy) for 201 filings.
  • Recommends the issuance of positive reinforcement (appreciation/commendation)
    and/or disciplinary action to Inflight Services personnel, as needed.
  • Coordinates with OCC and Crew Scheduling for daily flights and manning.
  • Evaluates cabin crew monthly flying time and submit to Inflight Services Manager for approval of productivity pay.
  • Creates, maintains, updates and file the 201 records of Cabin Crew.
  • Perform other administrative duties, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder (Hospitality, Aviation Management, or a related field preferred)
  • At least 3-5 years' experience as a senior cabin crew member
  • Strong knowledge of cabin crew operations, safety procedures, and inflight service standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
