Role Overview

This role drives the full change management lifecycle for major IT infrastructure initiatives within a banking environment. You'll work closely with technical teams, CAB members, and business stakeholders to ensure changes are executed smoothly, with zero production impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the
    Change Management process
    .
  • Lead and coordinate all IT change activities across infrastructure projects.
  • Facilitate and take informed decisions as part of
    CAB (Change Advisory Board)
    .
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and quality gates.
  • Drive
    escalation management
    , ensuring timely resolution and transparency.
  • Partner with technical and business teams for effective
    stakeholder management
    .
  • Monitor post-implementation outcomes and aim for
    zero incidents
    after release.
  • Leverage tools like
    Jira
    for tracking and documentation.

Must-Have Skills

  • 10+ years
    handling change management for
    infrastructure projects
    within the
    banking/BFSI domain
    .
  • Strong command over
    Unix
    and
    SQL
    (for understanding technical impact, logs, and validations).
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication
    .
  • Deep understanding of change governance, audit, and risk protocols.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional IT teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to make decisions under pressure during change windows and CAB sessions.
