The position is primarily responsible implementing the change and release management framework within the IT environment to ensure minimal disruption and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implements change management processes to ensure all changes are managed, approved, and documented.
  • Assesses the impact of change and evaluate the potential effects on services and systems.
  • Oversees the release management lifecycle including planning, scheduling, and controlling the movement of releases to test and environments.
  • Keeps comprehensive documentation of change and release processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Recommends plans, programs, budget, and performance targets of the team.
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates all activities in the department to reach maximum level of employee productivity throughout the workforce.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Computer-related Engineering or Math-related courses.
  • Atleast five (5) years of work experience in managing change and release request services
  • Knowledgeable of IT Service Management Framework, SDLC and Project Management
  • Amenable to work in Makati City
