Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Implementation Manager to lead the execution and deployment of our solutions. The ideal candidate must have a strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer success.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, development, support, product, training) to deliver on commitments

· Conduct or assist on client training, system acceptance, and handover procedures

· Track implementation milestones and report project status to stakeholders

· Ensure compliance with service agreements, timelines, and quality standards

· Document implementation processes and continuously improve workflows

· Establish strong relationships with clients to promote satisfaction and long-term success

· Escalate and resolve technical or operational issues during rollout

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Engineering, or related field

· –5 years of experience in project implementation

· Background in IT solutions deployment, or related industry (preferred)

· Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects

· Excellent communication, customer management, and presentation skills
