Key Responsibilities:

• As an Implementations Accountant, you will focus efforts on supporting new Fund

Administration customers in their journey into Customer services. You will coordinate, facilitate and manage onboarding activities that are critical to achieving success for both our customers and Customer within a tight deadline.

• From close of sales, to implementation, and continued customer success, the ideal

Implementations Accountant will exhibit a high degree of problem-solving, efficiency, and integrity as they leverage their subject-matter expertise to provide customers with a world-class onboarding experience.

• Adhere to and implement Infinit-O's quality and information security policies and carry out its processes and procedures accordingly.
• Protect client-supplied and generated for client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference (see also Table of Offenses).
• Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with particular process or activity related to information security.
• Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation and/or security event or risks to immediate superior.
• Assist Internal Audit Team during internal audits of assigned projects

• You are interested in project management and providing best-in-class-service
• Identify process and quality improvements and highlight them to appropriate leadership
• Strong accounting analysis with the ability to create balanced, accurate quarterly financial statements from, at times, unstructured client data
• Committed to team and project success, emotionally intelligent in navigating

relationships, and transparent and forthright when communicating information

• Incredible organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an ability to complete

competing priorities quickly and autonomously

• Ability to communicate in both written and verbal formats in a timely and appropriate

manner

• Nice to have: You have an understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund

Administration

• Nice to have: You have experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements, Private Placement Memorandum
• Nice to have: Having CPA/CA qualifications will be an advantage

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in a role with an accounting background
