We're building a nationwide EV charging network.
You will own the strategy and end-to-end rollout of fast and destination charging across cities and intercity corridors in the Philippines, leading a cross-functional team and the P&L to deliver safe, reliable, profitable public charging.

What you'll do

  • Build the national rollout roadmap by corridor and city cluster aligned to demand, grid capacity, and policy.
  • Source, evaluate, and secure sites with malls, retail and fuel networks, parking operators, QSR, logistics hubs, offices, hospitals, hotels, and mixed-use developers.
  • Lead permitting with LGUs; manage utility interconnection with Meralco and other DUs, and coordinate with NGCP where needed.
  • Oversee design, power upgrades, construction, and energization; manage EPCs and vendors to safety, quality, and schedule.
  • Own site and portfolio business cases, capex/opex, vendor contracts, tariffs, and demand-charge optimization; assess solar/storage options.
  • Define uptime SLAs, maintenance, remote monitoring, payment, roaming, and interoperability (OCPP 1.6/2.0.1, ISO
  • Build ecosystem partnerships with automakers, fleets, ride-hailing, delivery platforms, utilities, regulators, and real estate groups.
  • Hire and coach a high-performing team; run portfolio reviews and executive reporting.

What you'll bring

  • 12+ years leading multi-site infrastructure rollouts in EV charging, power/utilities, telecom towers, fuel retail, or large-scale real estate.
  • Proven delivery at scale in the Philippines (e.g., 100+ sites or equivalent program).
  • Strong relationships with LGUs, DUs, and regulators (DOE, DOTr, ERC).
  • Deep knowledge of AC 7–22 kW and DC 60–350 kW, transformers, protection, metering, and interconnection.
  • Advanced commercial skills: financial modeling, leases/concessions, vendor and contract negotiation.
  • Solid program/project management; PMP a plus. Engineering or energy degree; MBA preferred.
  • Fluent English and Filipino. Willing to travel nationwide.
