About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is perfect for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. You'll gain practical exposure to HR policies, onboarding processes, and talent management while strengthening your communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation activities.
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and databases.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations and projects as needed.
Learning Outcomes
- Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Learn about HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
- Build organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills essential for HR roles.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 6 months
