  • Update and monitor the eligibility documents, such as the Mayor's Permit, Tax Clearance, Financial Statement, Income Tax Return, and Company Profile, ensuring they are current and compliant with government requirements.
  • Create a folder to organize and store the eligibility documents necessary for Barangay bidding and government contracts.
  • Accompany the Government Sales Officer to bidding events, providing support and assistance throughout the bidding process.
