About the Role

As a QAQC Engineer at Net Pacific, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our construction projects in Manila City Metro Manila. Reporting to the project leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and control measures throughout the construction lifecycle. What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans to monitor compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and testing to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of quality control activities, test results, and non-conformance reports
  • Provide training and guidance to construction teams on quality best practices
  • Continuously review and improve quality assurance and control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 1 year of experience as a QAQC Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry is an advantage.
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and quality management principles
  • Proficient in the use of quality control tools, inspection techniques, and testing equipment
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and objectives
