We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer/Dispositions Manager to take pre-qualified, under-contract properties and close deals with investor buyers and flippers. This role is critical to maximizing profitability and ensuring smooth transaction execution from contract to closing. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, strong negotiation skills, and comprehensive knowledge of real estate wholesaling and investment property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Contact and present pre-qualified properties to investor buyers and flippers

-Negotiate purchase price, assignment fees, and contract terms with investors

-Close deals efficiently while managing all contracts, paperwork, and compliance requirements

-Maintain and nurture relationships with investors to drive repeat business

-Coordinate seamlessly with the acquisition team to ensure proper lead handoff and transaction flow

-Handle multiple simultaneous deals with precision and attention to detail

-Ensure all closing procedures meet legal and regulatory requirements

-Track and report on deal metrics and performance indicators

Mandatory Requirements:

-Proven sales experience with demonstrable track record (real estate sales strongly preferred)

-In-depth knowledge of real estate investing, wholesaling, and property flipping

-Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously

-Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

-Comprehensive familiarity with real estate contracts and closing procedures

-Self-motivated with strong time management capabilities

-Number of deals closed per month

-Total assignment fees generated

-Investor satisfaction scores and repeat business rate

-Average time to close from contract to completion
