Job Description

• Responsible for the accurate receipt and issuance of items to/from the Cold Storage Warehouse, ensuring correct quantity at all times.
• Responsible for inspection and verification of all incoming and outgoing items against corresponding documents and specifications as the basis for acceptance/issuance.
• Responsible for checking and monitoring customer requests and instructions to determine items to be moved, prepared, gathered, distributed, and or shipped.
• Responsible for checking, preparing, and complying with temperature and quality standards before releasing and issuing.
• Responsible for giving updated reports and product location to Warehouse Encoder.
• Ensures that all orders (domestic and export) will be checked, scanned, prepared, and compliant with quality standards before dispatching and unloading.
• Ensures inventory accuracy.
• Assist the supervisor in overseeing storage activities.
• Responsible for maintaining and organizing storage system to have a more and increase product security.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Preferably with 6 months of experience as Warehouse Checker
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (advance user of Excel is required)
• Familiar with SAP's logistics and inventory transactions
• Good analytical thinking
• Must have good documentation and numerical skills
• Have the ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimum supervision
• Have the ability to work under pressure
• Willing to be trained and work on extended hours as needed
• Have personal qualities associated with good human and interpersonal relations.
