Job Description

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Cold Storage inventory, validating counts down to the bin location level. The role requires proper documentation, timely encoding of all transactions, and proactive monitoring of inventory movements and status. The position also involves scheduling and reconciling physical inventories, as well as preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports that reflect the stock status and inventory levels of all Finished Goods (FG).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor procedures for inventory transactions to ensure accurate documentation and timely system updates.
• Conduct monthly wall-to-wall inventory counts.
• Perform inventory analysis and management to prevent stock-outs, shortages, and overages.
• Handle inventory transfers and adjustments efficiently.
• Investigate and analyze root causes of inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and report inventory levels of other stocks aside from FG, such as Raw Materials (RM) and Work in Progress (WIP), providing updates to respective owners.
• Participate in meetings related to inventory matters and carry out other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of SAP logistics and inventory transactions is an advantage.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Willing to work extended hours when required.
