About the role

Join the dedicated Chooks to Go Inc.' team as a full-time Store Maintenance Technician based in Naga City, Camarines Sur. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail stores through proactive maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of all store equipment and facilities. Your expertise will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of store equipment, including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and kitchen appliances
  2. Coordinate with external service providers for specialised maintenance and repair tasks as required
  3. Assist with the set-up and reconfiguration of stores during renovations or relocations

  4. Task includes:

  5. Perform Rotisserie Store Monthly Preventive Maintenance

  6. Assist Equipment Mobilization and Set-Up for Store Opening
  7. Assist Branch Technical Operations
  8. Monitor progress of the refurbish store equipment and elements (Oven, Warmer and Freezer)
  9. Do some admin works and sending maintenance reports (weekly and or as needed)
  10. Conduct site assessment inspection for new and monitor progress of store rehabilitation and renovation projects
  11. Perform other functions which will be assigned by superior from time to time

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant technical qualification or certification in electrical, mechanical, or facilities maintenance
  2. Minimum 1 years' experience as a maintenance technician or handyperson in a retail or commercial setting
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve a wide range of equipment issues
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with store managers and external service providers
  5. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload while also contributing to a team environment
  6. Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to retail and food service operations
  7. Willing to work on extended hours and holidays
