Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain computers, networks, and laboratory equipment.
  • Secure and supervise laboratory facilities, supplies, and inventory.
  • Assist students, faculty, and staff in using hardware, software, printers, and copiers.
  • Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on computer units and related equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of all assigned labs and work areas.
  • Prepare lab schedules and provide software backup/support as needed.
  • Assist in budgeting, purchasing, and researching replacement equipment and supplies.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisors or unit heads.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field.
  • NC II in Computer Systems Servicing.
  • Knowledge of computer programs, systems, and equipment.
  • Skills in computer repair, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage work schedules.
  • At least one (1) year related experience or equivalent education/experience.
  • Strong initiative, resourcefulness, adaptability, and accountability.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and service-oriented attitude.
