We're Hiring: Senior Paid Media Specialist

Location: Manila | Hybrid (3x onsite, 2x WFH)

We're thrilled to offer an opportunity for a talented Senior Paid Media Specialist with strong expertise in Google and Bing Ads, and hands-on experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter, to become part of our dynamic team.

This position is offered under an Individual Contributor/Contractor setup, and benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Twitter).
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for B2B and B2C initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align campaign goals and outcomes.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing for performance optimization.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage budgets and bids to ensure cost efficiency and ROI targets.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and SEM best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Utilize industry tools to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media, focusing on Google and Bing Ads.
  • Experience working with global teams is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing; SaaS experience is a big plus.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and Twitter.
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills.
  • Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
  • Google Analytics 4 certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools (e.g., 6Sense) is an advantage.
