We are hiring a full-time Associate Lawyer to join our close-knit team.

Qualifications

  • Licensed lawyer (Bar passers only; newly admitted lawyers highly preferred)
  • Professional License in Law
  • Fluent in English and Filipino (both written and spoken)
  • Must be well-mannered, presentable, and have business-attire
  • Proficient in Corporate Law, Litigation, Legal Research, Microsoft Office
  • Punctual, flexible with work hours, and able to travel to/from Makati
  • Willing to submit a sample of written legal work if shortlisted

What You'll Do

  • Handle a combination of corporate and litigation work
  • Participate early in client meetings, hearings, drafting, and negotiations
  • Rotate across practice areas and develop new legal skills as needed
  • Receive direct mentorship from partners and exposure to varied legal strategies
  • Contribute to a firm that values both competence and character
