About the Role:

Aureada CPA Law Firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate Lawyer to join our legal team. The role is ideal for recent law graduates or early-career professionals who wish to build their expertise in corporate, tax, and business law within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior lawyers and partners with legal research, drafting, and case preparation.
  • Prepare, review, and proofread contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct due diligence for corporate, commercial, and tax-related transactions.
  • Represent clients in basic legal proceedings under supervision.
  • Liaise with clients, government agencies, and external stakeholders to support casework.
  • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and jurisprudence.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as needed for legal operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Newly admitted member of the Philippine Bar (or with 1–2 years' experience)
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Internship or prior experience in a corporate or tax law firm is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with corporate compliance, taxation, and regulatory filings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
