Position Title: RETURNS ASSOCIATE

Location: Megaland Warehouse Don Ouano G Opao Mandaue City

Job Description:

· Prepare and assist in the pull-out of RTVs (Return to Vendor)

· Perform Returns Recognition and ensure all return transactions are accurately recorded

· Handle Returns Pull-Out and coordinate with relevant departments for proper documentation

· Conduct Returns Reconciliation and Returns Validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of data

· Maintain organized records and support other return-related administrative tasks

Job Qualifications:

· With 1 to 2 years of work experience related to data encoding (preferred)

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Good typing skills and attention to detail

· SAP background is an advantage
