Household Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the home(s) to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning.
  • Supervise and schedule household staff (housekeepers, chefs, drivers, gardeners, etc.).
  • Maintain household manuals, schedules, inventories, and maintenance logs.
  • Ensure all household systems (HVAC, security, plumbing, etc.) are functioning properly.
  • Coordinate vendors, service providers, and contractors for home repairs or improvements.

Administrative Duties

  • Manage household budgets, invoices, and petty cash.
  • Maintain detailed records of expenses and create monthly reports.
  • Run errands, manage shopping lists, and oversee procurement of household supplies.
  • Handle travel arrangements and itinerary planning for the principals.

Hospitality and Event Planning

  • Coordinate private events, dinners, and gatherings, including vendor liaison and guest management.
  • Ensure the home is guest-ready at all times and provide hospitality to guests.
  • Oversee table settings, décor, and formal service when required.

Personal Assistance

  • Provide calendar management and appointment scheduling for the principals.
  • Assist with wardrobe management, packing/unpacking for travel, and personal shopping.
  • Manage household vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and registrations.

Security & Confidentiality

  • Ensure household safety, monitor security systems, and implement protocols.
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
