Salary Rate: PHP 25,000 plus 2k in allowances

Benefits: Upon regularization: HMO, 7 days of Service Incentive Leave, 3 days Sick Leave, Longevity Pay

Salary Increase: Annual raises based on performance appraisals.

Hybrid Work Setup: This position is open for 2 days office, 3 days work from home for qualified candidates who can meet hardware and home workspace requirements.

Operating Hours: Daytime in the US, overnight in the Philippines.

Scope of Work

Process Ninjas is looking for a Virtual Assistant who can help our client with AP and AR tasks. You will be communicating with various customers of the client to follow up on invoices, track payments, collate data, and further assist the Accounts Receivable team. General tasks include:

Work Orders - First Eyes

o Scheduling - Coordinates techs and Calendars with client

o Connects with client for one hour call in the morning UST

o Helps coordinates turns and vendors

o Sends work to non EVG vendors

o Tracks work order time/receipts, closes out work orders, send

to client to create bills

o Keeps eyes on open work orders and follows up/closes out

Smart Bill Entry

o Asset Tracking

o payables

Bank Recs (FUTURE)

Expectations:

  • Assist the client in other tasks related to their support operations.
  • All written and spoken communication in English requires a high level of professionalism
  • Clear English pronunciation a must
  • Empathy and patience are critical
  • Observe current practices and provide improvements to processes
  • Flexibility in scheduling - daytime or nighttime shifts
  • Willingness to move to new projects and adapt to changing workflows

Qualifications

  • Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
  • Fluency and neutral accent required for this position.
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience in ticket support customer services projects preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working with teammates or independently
  • Attention to detail and desire to learn

Work From Home Qualifications - Agents who wish to work from home in our hybrid working arrangement must meet our project requirements and be validated by management as fit to work from home. Agents must have:

  • Private working space with no external noise that can be heard during calls - traffic, neighborhood noise, roosters or other animals.
  • Minimum 30mbps high-speed internet
  • Personal computer with minimum system requirements
