We are seeking a proactive and organised
Virtual Marketing Assistant
to join our team. This is a high-execution role supporting both Growth Potential and our marketing clients. You'll work across inbound and outbound channels, support campaigns, manage tools, and collaborate with our expert partners in graphic design and social media.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Campaign Execution – create and repurpose content (written, visual, and audio), manage publishing in SocialPilot/Canva, assist with newsletters, blogs, LinkedIn posts, and light video editing.

Inbound & Organic Marketing – coordinate LinkedIn schedules, manage content libraries, support SEO basics.

Outbound Marketing – build prospect lists , LinkedIn Sales Navigator), support direct mail, outreach campaigns, and marketing collateral.

Digital Ads – support paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads), coordinate assets, targeting, and reporting.

Partnerships, ABM & PLG – assist with co-branded content, campaigns, and onboarding initiatives.

Events – prepare event content, coordinate interviews, provide admin support.

AI Tools & Process – test and recommend AI tools, document workflows.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in marketing, content creation, or digital execution (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal English, plus excellent organisational skills.
  • Familiar with (or quick to learn) tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, ChatGPT, Duda, SocialPilot, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive,
  • Comfortable working remotely with daily Zoom check-ins.
  • Bonus: B2B marketing experience or background supporting professional services clients.
